The Brief

A high-velocity, 20-second social media video conceptualised and delivered for Gatehouse Productions using an advanced generative AI video and audio pipeline. Built for high-impact social scrolling, this thumb-stopping campaign pairs chaotic character narrative with hyper-realistic food cinematography.

The Vision

To disrupt the saturated digital food space, I bypassed predictable product close-ups for a bold narrative hook: treating the extreme flavour profile of Glen’s Spicy Wings as a genuine "public safety warning." The challenge was executing a fast-paced, complex stunt sequence while maintaining perfect character, physics, and branding continuity without traditional live-action overhead.

The Solution

I delivered a well paced social commercial optimised to hook viewers in the first three seconds. An authoritative safety warning plays as our hero, "Charlie the Chicken," gears up in a stunt helmet inside a packed circus arena. Fired from a brass cannon, Charlie shoots across the night sky in a fast, sweeping ballistic arc before his wings comically catch fire mid-flight. The fireball crashes onto an empty wooden table. A localised burst of smoke masks the asset transition, clearing instantly to reveal a perfectly styled, steaming bowl of delicious hot wings.

Methodology & Tools

To bypass standard AI physics limitations and lock down total asset continuity, I built a rigid, image-to-video production workflow.

Character Sheet Modeling (Nano Banana / Figma): Before animating, I generated a comprehensive multi-angle character model sheet of Charlie. Locking in his proportions, feathery textures, and star-marked helmet from the start prevented asset drifting across scenes.

Video Generation (Kling 3.0 & Figma Weave): Using the character sheet as a strict visual anchor, I used image-to-video prompting and structured JSON motion paths to force a smooth left-to-right ballistic trajectory and natural food textures.

Timeline & Audio Mix (CapCut): Speed-ramped the flight path to 2.0x for social momentum and utilised frame-level extraction to extend the final retail offer. The audio layers split a serious movie-trailer narrator into a rapid-fire legal disclaimer before snapping to a high-energy commercial sign-off, rounded out with atmospheric sound effects.
